Completed in 2007, this 50-story residential condominium tower is located across from the Empire State Building, and has dramatically changed the landscape of this neighborhood into a premier residential destination. The building is home to a distinct common area with a two-story lobby, bamboo forest, water wall, oak panel ceiling with LED lighting and custom-made chandelier. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, and state of the art appliances and many units have private terraces or balconies. The project was created through a partnership with Continental Properties and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group with interior design by Andi Pepper. Building amenities include the 5th Avenue Club, featuring an indoor pool, fitness center, screening room, children’s room, and lounge. All residential and commercial units have successfully been sold.
