Edge Community Apartments is a 347-unit affordable housing development along the Williamsburg waterfront. The development includes access to 35,000 square feet of public park space, a riverside esplanade, and an on-site water taxi landing. Developed as part of the Greenpoint-Williamsburg waterfront rezoning and Inclusionary Housing Program, Edge Community Apartments was the first phase of the larger Edge development.
