Completed in 2018, Seaview is a 161-unit affordable housing development for seniors ages 62 and older in the Todt Hill section of Staten Island. Located within the historic Seaview Hospital campus, the five-story development offers studio and one-bedroom residences, spacious common lobbies on each floor, an indoor community space, outdoor patio, laundry room, and on-site parking. Residents also have access to on-site social services through the Staten Island Jewish Community Center, with programs and activities available both at the building and at the JCC’s nearby facility.
