Jason Ng is a Project Manager at Douglaston Development, working with the affordable team on Rialto West and Sparrow Square. Mr. Ng is a licensed civil engineer and holistic built environment professional with a passion for placemaking, sustainability, equity, cultural programming, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Douglaston Development, Mr. Ng worked on mixed-use vertical development projects at Skanska Commercial Development and Conservatorio S.A., and delivered market insights at Ernst & Young. Prior to real estate, he worked as an engineer and designer at Sasaki, a multidisciplinary design firm where his portfolio spanned from master planning to built work, sports fields to urban parks, and Boston to Beijing.

Jason holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Duke University and dual Master’s degrees from MIT’s Real Estate Development and City Planning programs.
