Jonathan Heller is a Project Manager at Douglaston Development, working on the Comprehensive Modernization of St. Nicholas Houses. In his role, Mr. Heller manages relationships between project stakeholders, including NYCHA, and oversees project design and consultant coordination.
Prior to joining Douglaston Development, Mr. Heller worked as an Assistant Project Manager at MDG Design + Construction, where he worked on RAD Preservation Projects and new construction affordable housing projects throughout the Capital Region of New York and along the East Coast. During his time there, he assisted in the rehabilitation and construction of more than 750 affordable housing units. Before transitioning into real estate development and construction, Mr. Heller taught high school Social Studies and English in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Heller earned a dual degree in Social Studies Education and American History from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University.
