Mark Trainer is a Finance & Acquisitions Manager at Douglaston Development. Mr. Trainer is responsible for assisting with all acquisitions and development underwriting and feasibility analysis across the company’s market-rate and affordable divisions.

Prior to joining Douglaston Development, Mark was a Senior Project Manager at Holliday Development managing all aspects of urban infill multifamily developments from acquisition through stabilization. He also previously served as a Senior Associate at RCLCO consultancy managing market and financial feasibility and strategy engagements with developers, institutional investors, and public sector clients.

Mr. Trainer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and a Master of City Planning degree from University of California-Berkeley.
