Richard Hollister is an Assistant Controller at Douglaston Development. In his role, Mr. Hollister manages cash flow and project billing and supports day-to-day accounting activities. He also plays a key role in the testing and integration of a new ERP system for the company.

Mr. Hollister joined the company with experience in real estate and construction, having previously worked with AECOM, Tishman Construction, and Related Companies.

Mr. Hollister holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida.
