This project, in planning, will include a 47-story mixed-use tower located on 5th and Virginia Street in the Belltown District of Downtown Seattle. The project is anticipated to include 435 market rate multi-family rental units, two ground floor restaurants, and residential-specific and shared residential/hotel amenities, including an indoor pool located on the 12th floor. The project is currently in development.
