Douglaston Development teamed up with Montagu Square Development for the Zinc Building, a unique project located in the heart of lower Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood. This freestanding building, designed by Greenberg/Farrow and built on its own isolated parcel at 475 Greenwich Street, gets its name from its exterior facade, which features metallic panels interspersed between 11-foot-high windows.
This seven-story building consists of 21 luxury condominium lofts including three duplex penthouse residences and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The Zinc Building offers residents spacious open layouts, lavish finishes, sun-drenched living rooms, chef kitchens, spa baths and a concierge.
Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, Wenge wood flooring, 11 foot ceiling heights, expansive entry foyers, and extraordinary light and views. The residential lobby incorporates zinc, granite, and concrete. The building also features a full-time attended lobby; eDesk, which connects residents to the front desk via email; refrigerated storage; and individual storage spaces.
