Development of a new, 22-story, 74,000 square foot residential tower for the School of Visual Arts located adjacent to the school ’s main administrative buildings, making it an ideal place for student residences. It offers sweeping views of Midtown Manhattan and the East River. The structural steel tower consists of 74 apartments, which accommodate 360 students. The building features the latest technology in access control, intrusion alarms, video surveillance and fire safety monitoring. The ground floor and lower levels offer retail components. Levine Builders provided general contracting services for this project.

Development of a new, 40,000 square foot residential building on the northeast corner of Tenth Street and Third Avenue in the East Village. This building, comprising six levels plus basement, provides 28 units of dormitory housing for the School of Visual Arts. The first floor and basement levels provide approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space, which is tenanted by Commerce Bank. The building ’s a masonry load bearing pre-cast concrete plank structure with the exterior envelope of a McAvoy brick facade and punchedwindows. Levine Builders provided general contracting services.
